Why We’re Leaving Printify (and What’s Next for ACI)

Sometimes, you reach a breaking point. For us, that came with Printify.

Over the past months, we’ve dealt with inconsistency, sudden changes, and a level of unreliability that made it harder and harder to deliver the quality you expect from Art Collective International. It wasn’t just frustrating~ it undermined the values we’ve built our collective on: care, accessibility, and integrity.

We’ve had to spend countless hours fixing problems that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. It wasn’t sustainable, and frankly, it wasn’t fair to us~ or to you. We want our energy to go into creating art and building community, not cleaning up after a platform that doesn’t hold itself accountable.

So, we made the decision: ACI is done with Printify.

What This Means for You

• Many of our products are being re-uploaded and refreshed. This is a transition, but one that will lead to higher consistency and better alignment with our values.

• You’ll start to see new listings and updated versions of existing products in our store over the next few weeks. 

• We’re prioritizing partners and processes that actually honor the work of our artists and the trust of our supporters.

Looking Forward

Leaving Printify is a chapter closing~ and an opportunity opening. It frees us to do things differently, and better. We want you to know that every product you get from us moving forward comes with the same heart, creativity, and integrity that goes into our art itself.

Thank you for being with us through the messy parts as well as the exciting ones. Transitions like this aren’t easy, but they’re worth it. And trust us~ we’re just getting started.
