We strive to provide clear, detailed, and accurate descriptions of our products. However, please note that:

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen calibration.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of some items.

If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through our secure online platform. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please reach out to our support team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and methods depend on the type of item:

Handmade (ACI HQ) Items: Processed within 3–10 business days.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: Processed within 4–7 business days.
Custom Orders: Timeline varies and will be communicated directly.

Estimated shipping times:

Domestic (US): 2–7 business days after processing
International: 2–4 weeks depending on location and customs

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied:

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after return receipt and inspection.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations: May be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed if production or shipping has begun.
Holiday Returns: Items purchased from November 1 to December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year.
