At The Art Collective International, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it so. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
💸 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Custom or commissioned artwork
- Non-profit/ Donation Items

Items marked “final sale”

Gift cards or digital downloads
-
Print-on-demand items that were ordered in error (wrong size, style, or color selected at checkout)
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you may return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
🕓 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.
🎁 Holiday Refund Extension
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year, provided they meet the criteria outlined above.
📦 Return Process
To request a return:

Email contact@theartcollectiveinternational.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.

Ship your item using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
📮 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
