💬 How can I contact you?

📌 Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t seen a reply within 1–2 business days. Our emails sometimes end up there, especially for first-time contacts.


🛒 How long does it take to process my order?

  • Handmade items are processed in 5–10 business days, depending on the piece.

  • Print-on-demand (POD) products typically ship in 3–7 business days.

  • Custom commissions vary and will have timelines provided during consultation.

We’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly without compromising quality.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and location

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by seasonal demand or carrier delays.


🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Yes! You can request gift wrapping or a personalized note at checkout. For special or bulk gifting requests, email us at contact@theartcollectiveinternational.com and we’ll work with you directly.


🔁 What’s your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges, but you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

❌ What can’t be returned?

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Non- Profit or to be Donation items 

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Print-on-demand items ordered incorrectly (wrong size, color, etc.)


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods depending on your location. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.


🖼️ Do you offer custom or commissioned artwork?

Yes! We love working on one-of-a-kind pieces. Please fill out the custom commissions form or email us at info@theartcollectiveinternational.com to get started on a custom commission.


🌱 Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We aim to use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible. Some fragile or specialty items may require protective materials to ensure they arrive safely, but we are always working to reduce waste and packaging impact.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.


🧾 I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email contact@theartcollectiveinternational.com and we’ll resend your info ASAP.
