A custom logo or visual mark thoughtfully developed around your work, audience, and creative direction. Final pricing depends on complexity and the number of concepts required.
BRAND IDENTITY: $1,200–$3,500+
A cohesive visual foundation that may include your logo, color palette, typography, supporting elements, and a concise brand guide. Deliverables are tailored to your needs.
BOOK COVER DESIGN: CUSTOM QUOTE
A custom front cover or complete print-ready wrap, created around your book’s tone, audience, and publishing specifications.
INTERIOR LAYOUT DESIGN: STARTING AT $500
Available for shorter or straightforward projects that do not require a complete publishing package. Final pricing depends on page count, layout complexity, imagery, and revision scope.
CREATIVE CONSULTATION: $150 PER HOUR
Focused guidance for publishing, visual direction, brand alignment, or creative project planning. Ideal when you need clarity before committing to a larger project.
ESSENTIAL: STARTING AT $1,800
For straightforward, primarily text-based books.

For longer books requiring a more distinctive visual system.

• Custom chapter styling and decorative elements
• Up to two cover concepts

• Print-ready files for up to two platforms
BESPOKE: STARTING AT $5,000
For complex, illustrated, art-heavy, or highly customized books.
• Formatting for 350+ pages or complex layouts
• Bespoke page design and advanced typography
• Print and ebook formatting
• Creative consultation and production planning
• Custom revision allowance based on project scope

Package pricing assumes a complete, edited manuscript is supplied before design begins.
Copyediting, proofreading, extensive image retouching, custom illustration, ISBN registration, printing costs, and publishing-platform fees are not included unless listed in your proposal.
Page count, trim size, image quantity, tables, footnotes, special typography, and platform requirements may affect the final quote.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve production time. The remaining balance is due upon completion or according to an agreed milestone schedule.
Every project begins with a complimentary discovery conversation and a written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and final price.

Based on your needs, we provide a custom quote and timeline. If approved, we’ll send over a simple service agreement and an invoice for the deposit.

Not at all. While we specialize in artist-centered services, we’ve worked with healers, educators, authors, small business owners, and independent publishers. If you value meaningful design and intentional storytelling, we’re probably a good fit.
Totally doable! We’re flexible. Whether you need one asset or a whole suite, we’ll tailor the scope to meet you where you are.
You’re not getting a copy-and-paste template. You’re getting thoughtful, custom work created with you - not simply handed to you. We also understand what it means to be an artist or storyteller bringing meaningful work to a real-world audience.
It depends on the project, but typically:
- Book formatting: PDF (print), EPUB (digital), InDesign files upon request
- Logos/branding: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI
- Illustrations: High-res PNG, JPG, TIFF or layered PSD if needed
Yes! Especially for larger projects. We typically ask for a 50% deposit up front, but we’re open to splitting the remainder based on your needs. We believe in accessibility and transparency.

Not directly, but we’ll help get your files ready for platforms like IngramSpark, Amazon KDP, or other print-on-demand services. We also provide basic guidance on ISBNs, copyright registration, and where to publish.
Of Course! We’re in this for the long game. Many clients return for seasonal updates, new product lines, or creative growth check-ins. We’re always happy to collaborate again.
