We’re excited to bring your ideas to life.
Tell us about your vision below—style, size, timeline, budget—and we’ll shape a proposal that fits.

What to include (the more detail, the better):

• Project Description:
  What are we making? Themes, subjects, text, symbols, mood, or story.

• Style Preferences:
  Realistic, stylized, cartoon, abstract, pattern-forward, mandala, stained glass–inspired, etc. Share references or links if you have them.

• Size & Medium:
  Dimensions and materials you’re leaning toward (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, oil, mixed media, digital, stained glass, enamel, fiber, jewelry).

• Color Palette (optional):
  Must-use colors, “please avoid,” or general vibe (earthy, jewel tones, monochrome).

• Budget & Timeline:
  Your target range and any deadlines or event dates.

• Usage & Display (optional):
  Personal gift, home décor, brand/merch, print licensing—whatever applies helps us plan.

3. Proposal: You’ll receive a scope, timeline, materials, and quote.

4. Create: We get to work—with check-ins at key milestones.

5. Delivery: Packed with care; ready to hang, wear, gift, or showcase.

Reference photos, logos, inspiration boards, palettes~ anything that helps us see what you see.

Notes & Policies: 

• Revisions: Included rounds and milestones will be outlined in your proposal.

• Timeline: Depends on scope and medium; we’ll set clear dates before we start.

• Rights & Usage: Personal vs. commercial use/licensing will be specified in your agreement.
