A Few Creative Updates!

Lately things have been moving into a pretty comfortable routine. Life has felt manageable and I have been able to keep a steady rhythm with everything going on. Not too much has changed since my last update except that my birthday passed recently. I had a very relaxed celebration with friends and family where we spent time together, ate good food, and simply enjoyed the moment. It was simple and really nice.

Recently I have been spending a lot of time restructuring both the ACI YouTube channel and my personal Maizi YouTube channel. I wanted the overall look and organization to better reflect the vision behind each channel and make it easier to explore the content. If you have a chance, please take a look and let me know if it feels easier to navigate. There are still a couple things I am thinking about adding, but before I make any changes I will run those ideas by the studios.

For my personal channel, I decided to refocus it so that gaming is the main theme while still leaving room for creative and artistic moments. Since I naturally play a lot of games, this direction felt more authentic and enjoyable for me. It also helps give the channel a clearer identity. There is still quite a bit of editing to finish, but I am slowly working through everything.

On the art side of things, I finished the small robot illustrations I mentioned before. I created three different designs and finalized them digitally. I am really excited to see where they might go next. Right now they are in black and white, but I will most likely explore color versions once I figure out a palette style that feels right.

I have also been thinking about creating some art cards for upcoming events. My idea is to experiment with different mediums such as one piece that feels acrylic inspired, one done with markers, and another with watercolor. I have not finalized the designs yet, but since I have designed my own tattoos before I might explore a similar style or use some of those ideas as inspiration.

Overall I am really happy that the creative flow is flowing again. Even after long days at work I have been able to find the mental space to think about ideas and slowly bring them to life. That alone feels like a small win.
